Phil Merchant
Phil is European and UK Patent Attorney, and advises on the preparation, filing and prosecution of patent applications worldwide. Phil has experience in handling patent applications across a variety of technologies applying to aerospace, including aeronautical engineering, electronic systems deployed in both manned and unmanned aerial vehicles and communication technologies. Phil’s interest and expertise encompasses both upstream and downstream space technologies, including spacecraft launch systems, payload construction and navigation, space debris mitigation, and deployment of on-board satellite systems such as quantum communications systems, beamforming, encoding, orbit injection and control.
Michael Barrett
Michael has over 15 years’ experience as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney (UK) and more than 20 years’ experience as a solicitor.
